CallMiner Launches New International Partner Program

FORT MYERS, Fla. - CallMiner introduced its new international Alliance Partner Program. The program enables its partners to leverage CallMiner's speech analytics technology to grow new market opportunities and provide integrated call center solutions to their clients and customers.

CallMiner's partner program supports manufacturers, resellers and consultants of call center software and hardware, including call recording equipment, workforce optimization, quality monitoring solutions and analytics.  CallMiner's Analytics Suite provides analysis of agent/customer interactions.

The CallMiner Alliance Partner Program is designed to meet the spectrum of partners' needs — from sales and technical support to education and marketing. It includes partnerships such as:

• OEM alliance partners that integrate CallMiner's technology platform into their offerings 
• Reseller alliance partners that sell the CallMiner Analytics Suite and complementary hardware and software products 
• Solutions alliance partners that work alongside CallMiner and its affiliates to deliver custom solutions 
• Co-marketing alliance partners that sell products that are complementary to CallMiner's targeted markets
