Call Genie, TELUS Sign MOU

Call Genie has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Canadian telecommunications provider TELUS for the use of its Enhanced Voice Directory (EVD) solution for business category search in the United States.

Under the terms of the MOU, Call Genie will provide TELUS with its EVD software and related services, which enable companies to monetize business category searches based on location, landmark, and relevance. Call Genie's search capabilities enhance existing directory assistance service, which is accessed by dialing 411.
