Calence Launches New IP Contact Center Practice

TEMPE, Ariz. - Calence, Inc. announced the launch of its new Internet Protocol (IP) contact center consulting practice. The practice is chartered with helping companies understand the possibilities created by the convergence of voice and data technologies and enabling them to build the ultimate "global virtual contact center."

 

The company also announced that it has achieved the Internet Protocol Contact Center (IPCC) Enterprise 5.0 Advanced Technology Provider status from Cisco Systems Inc.
