CPT's Voice Harbor Integrates with VoiceGenie's NeXusPoint

CPT International announced that VoiceGenie Technologies' NeXusPoint software is now supported by CPT's Voice Harbor.  With the partnership, developers and enterprise customers using the NeXusPoint platform now have an outsource alternative to CPE deployment.

CPT's Voice Harbor is a voice application hosting service that offers call capacity and costs based on usage.  VoiceGenie's NeXusPoint is a VoiceXML 2.0-certified platform that offers ASR/TTS engines, speech applications and development tools. 

CPT and VoiceGenie have previously partnered on industry-specific voice application projects within the insurance, telecom services and government sectors.
