CPT International partnered with Excel Switching to provide call routing based on Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).

Excel's platforms are built upon an open and programmable architecture.  Excel's partners build software applications that run on the Excel platform, then combine these with other network components to create a communications solution, which is directly marketed, sold and supported by the partner.
