CPT International Introduces Voice Harbor for Outsourced Voice Application Hosting

ATLANTA - CPT International announced the availability of its Voice Harbor outsourced hosting solution for voice application developers, technology providers and their customers. By partnering with CPT, these companies can leverage Voice Harbor to host their VoiceXML, speech, multi-modal and traditional telephony applications.

Built on open standards, including VoiceXML and SIP, Voice Harbor supports speech recognition, text-to-speech, touchtone and call-center processing applications, in addition to advanced services such as reverse number lookup and speaker verification.
