CEVA Acquires Spatial Audio Business from VisiSonics
CEVA has acquired the RealSpace 3D Spatial Audio business from VisiSonics, bolstering its market position in hearables and many other markets, including gaming, augmented and virtual reality, audio conferencing, healthcare, automotive, and media entertainment. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
