Bakcell Selects CTware's StarVAS

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM - CTware Ltd., a supplier of technologies for enhanced telephony services, announced that Bakcell, Azerbaijan's mobile operator, has selected CTware's Star*VAS Voice and Messaging Platform for running its Holiday Greeting solutions and other value-added services. The Bakcell offering, "Musiqili Tebrik", contains the Star*VAS suite of voice services, including Private Greetings, Song Dedication and Infotainment. Bakcell will create more applications with the XBuilder service creation environment. A Christmas campaign is conducted in parallel to the services' launch. "Star*VAS enables us to lead the Azeri market with the world's highest standards of value added services and increase Bakcell brand awareness in the Azeri market. Our researches showed the clear demand for such services. With the assistance of CTware, Bakcell is able to construct a system that will bring a new era to the Azeri cellular market," said Mr. Shai Avigal, Bakcell's General Manager.
