BSG Clearing Solutions Acquires Business Unit From VoiceLog for $15.63 Million

GLENVIEW, Ill. - BSG Clearing Solutions North America, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Billing Services Group Limited (AIM: BILL), acquired VoiceLog, LLC's third party verification (TPV) business.  VoiceLog is a provider of third party verification services. The all-cash deal values VoiceLog at $15.63 million and will be financed from the existing resources and facilities of the group. The transaction closed on Friday June 30, 2006.
