Audium Announces Managed VoiceXML Service

NEW YORK, NY - In the first of a series of announcements from the recently formed SpeechOne Alliance, Audium has announced a new Managed VoiceXML Service agreement with SpeechOne partner Voxeo. Under the terms of the agreement Audium customers will benefit from Voxeo's carrier grade network, operations center, and Extreme Support(TM) available 24x7x365, to launch and grow interactive phone-based services. Audium's Managed VoiceXML Service provides a voice solution through a single point of contact and can have applications up and running within 5 business days. New Standard and Premium service packages support unlimited call volume and offer customers a choice of voice technology from vendors including VoiceGenie, Voxeo, Nuance, Speechworks and AT&T.
