AudioCodes Launches Voice.AI Business Unit

AudioCodes, a vendor of advanced voice networking and media processing solutions, has launched the Voice.AI business unit, which builds on AudioCodes Voca speech recognition technology and SmartTAP call recording solution with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver conversational analytics, productivity, and actionable insights for businesses. The new business unit will operate with AudioCodes' existiong Voice Networking unit, which constitutes the core of the company's business operations.

AC Voca provides voice-driven call routing solutions and conversational voice bot capabilities. AudioCodes SmartTAP provides session recording of IM, voice, video, and content sharing.
