Aspect Software Partners with Servion to Distribute eWorkforce Management in India
Aspect Software and Servion Global Solutions entered into a partnership. Under the terms of the agreement, Servion will distribute Aspect eWorkforce Management software in India.
Aspect eWorkforce Management, which is a workforce management solution, enables a contact center to plan, manage and optimize the performance of multiskilled, multichannel, multisite and outsourced staffing resources. This suite utilizes hardware and software and can integrate with ACDs and predictive dialers. Its core component provides workforce management forecasting, scheduling and tracking functionality.
