Angel.com Launches IVR University

MCLEAN, Va. - Angel.com will launch IVR University, an online training and development resource focused on teaching best practices in IVR design and implementation to business and technical users.  IVR University will launch in early 2006, and will be chaired by Steven R. Brown, vice president of client services at Angel.com.

The mission of IVR University is to promote the best practices of IVR design and implementation, to ensure a useful and efficient caller experience, and to help businesses optimize their phone-based customer service.  IVR University will offer a number of certification tracks, including Voice User Interface (VUI) Design, IVR Application Development and CRM/Database Integration.  Courses will be offered via live, instructor-led classroom workshops across the United States, as well as live webinars and pre-recorded modules. In order to ensure consistency in IVR development nationwide, IVR University will serve customers of varied sizes, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
