Alliance Systems Adds Two Executives to Finance Team

PLANO, Texas - Alliance Systems has promoted David Moore to vice president and corporate controller and has appointed Todd Kehoe to vice president and treasurer. Moore will be responsible for the overall growth and development of Alliance Systems' finance operations and Kehoe is chartered to lead financial and strategic planning for mergers and acquisitions.

David Moore joined the company in 2000 and has 16 years experience in corporate finance. Since joining Alliance, Moore has served as corporate controller. Previously, Moore was operations controller at Paccar Leasing Corporation and has a BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Todd Kehoe comes to Alliance with 23 years of senior strategic and financial management experience in several public and private companies, located both in the United States and in Europe. He has completed five acquisitions and comes to Alliance with extensive financial modeling and GAAP accounting experience. Kehoe has an MS in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BS in Business Administration/Finance from the Southern Methodist University.
