Aculab and Microsoft Speech Server 2004 R2 TIM Trials Are Moving into Final Phases
MILTON KEYNES, U.K. - Many of Aculab's evaluation trial partners, of its telephony interface manager (TIM) for the Microsoft Speech Server 2004 R2, are now moving into the final test and production phase of their solutions, following the integration and testing of Aculab's TIM.
Evaluation partners across Europe and North America including Ciber UK, Kellogg, NCR, pulse, Telenet and Voice.trust have all been trialing the Aculab TIM since its beta release in April and have provided positive feedback.
Microsoft Speech Server 2004 R2 needs to connect to the PSTN and have access to low-level media processing resources - this is now possible following the development of the Aculab TIM. Solution providers who are developing applications on Microsoft Speech Server 2004 R2 can now take advantage of Aculab's media processing resource card, Prosody.
The integration of Aculab's TIM with the Microsoft Speech Server 2004 R2 platform allows developers to take advantage of Aculab's portfolio of worldwide digital network access protocols and media processing resources.
