AMAI Is Poised to Launch Conversational AI Voice Editor in the U.S.

AMAI, a provider of artificial intelligence-enabled voice engines, has completed a $600,000 investment round to launch its AI text-to-speech solutions, enter the U.S. voice market, launch new AI voice solutions, and enhance product capacity.

AMAI's voice synthesis based on deep learning runs on central-processor-unit (CPU) and graphic-processor-unit (GPU), with a response time of less than 200 milliseconds. It allowed AMAI to develop an AI voice that 97 percent of users could not discern from real human speech. Its text-to-speech technology can be used in a variety of applications, including gaming, call centers, banking, digital assistance, podcasts, and audiobooks.

AMAI's conversational AI voice mood editor lets users create audio recordings with emotions, stops, and pauses. Conversational AI with a voice editor allows users to select the mood, accent, and speech speed. More than 5,000 applications have already been submitted for sale before the public launch.

"There are many vendors developing voice solutions for businesses on the market. Our niche, however, has no competitors. Conversational AI, for example, requires training by an in-house development team in a call center. To replace the mood or accent of a synthetic voice, coding skills are required. We've created a system that not only saves you money on deployment but also allows you to control everything with only a few clicks," said Pavel Osokin, CEO and co-founder of AMAI, in a statement.
