Incoming Caller's Name Now Read Aloud with Caller ID Reader App
iSpeech, creator of DriveSafe.ly, the free mobile app aimed to stop distracted driving, has released Caller ID Reader App, a mobile application that reads aloud the caller's name or phone number of all incoming calls.
Caller ID Reader is an easy solution for BlackBerry and Android device users to know who's calling without having to take their eyes off the road or other tasks at hand. Caller ID Reader is compatible with most popular Bluetooth devices to make driving even safer by helping to stop distracted driving.
Caller ID Reader combined with DriveSafe.ly promotes safe driving by reading aloud an incoming caller's name or number as well as incoming text messages (SMS) and email messages.
The free version of the Caller ID Reader app reads the incoming caller's name or phone number with an upgrade message every third use. The free version can be upgraded to Caller ID Reader Pro, which removes the upgrade message for $3.95 semi-annually or $9.95 one time. Both the free and pro version are available on BlackBerry App World, Android Market, CallerIDReader.com and other app stores and platforms soon.
"Caller ID Reader™ App is a simple way to eliminate the need to look at your mobile phone while driving," says Heath Ahrens, iSpeech CEO. "With DriveSafe.ly reading out emails and SMS messages and Caller ID Reader speaking out the incoming caller's name, there is really no excuse to look at your phone while driving."
