Envox Worldwide Partners With VSI

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. -  Envox Worldwide added VSI LLC, a technical consulting firm specializing in the integration of self-service solutions, as a development partner. The two companies will be working together to upgrade organizations from their legacy interactive voice response (IVR) systems to next-generation, Envox-based voice solutions.

Under this agreement, VSI will provide both custom and packaged voice solutions that have been developed and deployed on Envox 6, Envox Worldwide's communications development platform. Envox 6 provides a bridge between legacy systems and new voice solutions. Using Envox 6, developers can create a range of voice solutions that offer support for these standards and technologies, including VoiceXML, speech recognition, VoIP, CTI, and Web services.
