Mobvoi Launches Wenwen In-Car Infotainment App

Chinese artificial intelligence company Mobvoi has released Wenwen In Car, an Android mobile app tailored for drivers.

Wenwen In Car is a new voice interaction app that allows drivers to use voice to access traffic updates, navigation, points of interest, and calling. The app can also be used to play music and request other information. Drives can trigger the voice search engine by saying "Nihao Wenwen."

"Our voice controlled app makes driving while staying connected much safer," said Yili Lin, Mobvoi's product manager, in a statement.

The core technology of Wenwen In Car is Mobvoi's artificial intelligence technology, which includes speech recognition, text-to-speech, proactive search, mobile search, and semantic analysis.
